what I've eaten
I'm going to make this into a bit of a food diary too! I won't necessarily do every day, but it'll be useful for me to have a vaguely public record of what I'm eating and stuff.
Monday:
Breakfast =
weetabix, chopped apple, blueberries, unsweetened soymilk.
mid morning =
cherry ice tea
lunch =
salad with tofu and fruit juice dressing (with fresh ginger for health boosting stuff)
afternoon =
innocent smoothie
dinner =
homemade chickpea burgers (no bun or anything like that) plus homemade salsa and veggies.
2 brazil nuts and 2 dates for pudding :D
Walking to uni and the supermarket meant I walked round an hour and a half I suppose...
Tuesday:
breakfast =
same as Monday!
lunch =
salad with grated apple and 3 walnut halves chopped into little bits! Tomato and flax oil dressing.
afternoon =
smooothie
dinner =
homemade chili with black eye beans and sweet potato
smoooothie (arg, too many smoothies :/)
(plus an hour's walking)
Wednesday:
Breakfast = same as other days
Lunch =
salad with walnuts, dates and fruit juice dressing... and lots of spinach :D
Arg another smoothie in the afternoon!
Dinner =
Veggies in tomato sauce (er.. it was kind of soup like, I just added water, stock poweder, tinned tomato and roughly chopped veggies to a pan with hot water and boiled til they were cooked!) with homemade humus on top, lush!
Low fat soy yoghurt thing for pudding.
Erm, dunno how much walking I did today, hour maybe? might be going out in a bit too...
Once exams are done I'll start gyming it.
